Drawn again

The before was from a sketch book from about 2-3 years ago and still had the photograph next to it so i thought it'd be good for this competition. The before hasn't been posted on deviantart before because, lets face it, it's rubbish.
the after is in oil paint (the first time i'd used it) and took about 5 hours to do, which is the longest vie ever spent on a piece of art:
